1. Heat oven to 425ºF. Toss vegetables with dressing and cheese; spread onto parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
2. Bake 25 min. or until cauliflower is crisp-tender, stirring after 15 min.
3. Sprinkle with basil.
Substitute: Substitute fresh parsley for the basil.
