Nashville Hot Chicken Sliders

What you need

12 boneless skinless breaded chicken wings
6 fl oz Richardson Ultimate Hot Wing Sauce
6 fl oz Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
12 biscuit
3 slices Kraft Mild Cheddar Slices
12 slices dill pickle
1 fl oz unsalted butter

How to do it

1. Toss chicken with wing sauce.

2. For each slider: Spread 1/4 fl oz (7 mL) dressing onto bottom half of 1 biscuit; top with 1 each chicken wing, cheese piece and pickle slice. Drizzle with additional 1/4 fl oz (7 mL) dressing. Cover with top half of biscuit. Brush with 0.08 fl oz (2 mL) butter.

Tips

Substitute: Substitute cooked breaded chicken cutlets, cut into 60-g pieces, for the cooked chicken wings.
