1. Whisk first 3 ingredients in medium saucepan until blended. Bring just to boil on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
2. Remove from heat. Add chocolate; whisk until blended. Ladle into 8 (125-mL) ramekins.
3. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Top with raspberries just before serving.
