1. Heat oven to 425°F. Toss potatoes with dressing until evenly coated; spread onto parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
2. Bake 40 min. or until tender.
3. Top with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
Substitute: Prepare using Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese or Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese.
Special Extra: Sprinkle with 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon and 1 finely chopped green onion before serving.
