1. Brush flatbreads with Memphis BBQ Sauce; top with cheese. Place on baking sheet.
2. Toss pulled pork with Carolina BBQ Sauce; spoon over topped flatbreads. Top with corn.
3. Bake in 450ºF standard oven 10 to 15 min. or until edges of breads are golden brown and cheese is melted. Remove from oven.
4. Top with tomatoes and scallions. Drizzle with dressing. Cut each flatbread into thirds to serve.
Substitute: Substitute torn fresh cilantro leaves for the sliced scallions.
